Not two weeks. He created invisible holes in Jimmy's 'order', while Jimmy did bring a resemblance of order to the school, it was actually a very fragile structure void of the inside. In a sense, Gary was always there without Jimmy knowing, destroying the insides of Jimmy's structure of orders without him knowing. At the same time, without Jimmy, Gary would never be able to do it in such a short amount of time, his manipulation wouldn't work even a quarter as much without a catalyst, *Jimmy* was the catalyst. Without Jimmy going around beating all the faction leaders by brute force demanding for peace and order, Gary's manipulation would never work. Which adds to Gary's evilness. He really should have taken his medicines....
I love how Jimmy is a kind boy who wishes the best for his school, and is the ONLY kind boy in the game. Even the principal isn't an angel. That's why I love Jimmy as a main character. Far different from other Rockstar main characters.
That's why his ark was so satisfying, at first he was out for him self, he only stopped the bullies to help himself, but as he passified each group he grew more selfless until the culminations of his actions came to a head when he was expelled, and he had to use what he learned to regain the trust he had lost, and to help the expelled kids
Gta San Andreas is a classic. But i got to give really good props for creating Bully which is a phenomenal game ^^ waiting for Bully 2 fingers crossed :p
You know... thematically, it's kind of interesting how the visual distinction between Gary and Jimmy is so sharp. After all, the player has probably spent the whole game buying new clothes and trying new outfits so the odds of them wearing the same school uniform that he had at the beginning of the year is very slim. But Gary's still wearing the same thing that he's first seen in--it's a visual cue of how he hasn't grown or changed at all throughout the year, in contrast to Jimmy, who's spent the year getting to know people and learning new stuff.

I’ve completed this game like a thousand times and I’ve only just truly realised that Jimmy was truly a great kid deep down. He never wanted to take over the school to be the big dog or the tough guy, he genuinely just wanted everyone to be friends and get along. When he says to Gary “But I never did anything to you!” You can hear the pain and sadness in his voice (Great voice acting by the way), he really just wanted to be friends with Gary.

That ending is so awesome. The whole mission is pure gold; This is totally how the game had to end. If there were a single complain anyone could say about this, it would be how easy is to beat Gary. It's just logic though, Gary stays the same, while Jimmy gets a lot stronger and learns a lot.

In the beginning, he hit Jimmy because he saw Jimmy beating up his "friends", at the end of the chapter, he fought Jimmy because Gary lied to him that Jimmy insults his mom. Jimmy was emotionally mature, he always react with unprecedented calmness for a fifteen-year-old boy. When he fell into a trap, he acted annoyed but never overreact emotionally. He seems to always resign himself to bullshit situations with "Whatever" quote of his. His habit of accepting shitty situation made him vulnerable to high praises and great outcomes, this is also why he got the fame to his head in chapter 5 (?) but when he fell back to a shitty situation where everybody turned against him, he wised up and set out to do the right thing once again. That's why he explained to Russel that he never did what Gary said he did, and when they're good. They're good.

The school shuts down.
This is the greatest game I’ve ever played with my brother. When I got home from school I walked always into the town in the cold and darkness to get the game for my brother who was dying to play this

Niko and Arthur are good people too, but at the end of the day, Niko was a former human trafficker who let his anger control most of his decisions until Kate/Roman was killed, and Arthur had over 20 years worth of experience of being the muscle for the most wanted gang in the country.

What I like about rabb in this scene is that he takes full blame about how he judged Jimmy. Usually, whenever you see an arrogant character like him apologizing for their mistakes, they only act half-hearted and say stuff like "I may have been a bit too hard", but with Crabblesnitch, he fully acknowledges that he was unfair to Jimmy and apologizes.

Wow I just absolutely loved this game every single part of it. I actually tried in classes because of the rewards you got for succeeding. Everyone fighting each other at the end was great and honestly I just took advantage and beat the shit out of every jock I could find.

Depends on the version. The 360 and PC versions look too bright and colorful and I think that they lose that mysterious and dark feel of the original (Also, is it just me or is the camera much more distant from the character in this version?) The Wii version looks a lot more different than the X360 and PC version, it's much closer to the PS2 original in model quality and color choice.
I've noticed that too. The 360/PC version has the better character models, Wii/PS2 versions had a better color scheme and overall environmental feel. And the Anniversary Edition is just an overall travesty. Also, I've noticed that the original and Scholarship editions, minus the Wii, had a similar FOV, but the Wii's FOV seemed way closer to Jimmy as well. Weird, huh?
I love how this is just 2 schoolkids fighting in actuality but Rockstar still made it epic with the falling platforms, thunder, orchestral music. Just brilliant.
This game despite the violence in it, which isn't over the top like a GTA title, or other games. It has a lot of good, great, and bad lessons to teach a growing boy. Or girl. Whatever. Not only that but I feel it was also a game that even older generations could have gotten behind. The "back in my day I did this when I was kid" kind of thing. Like any or all the pranks you could pull in game. This game was probably a bonding experience for a small few families. For me. It was just pure dumb fun, and I wouldn't have a video game be any other way.
i think i said it before but the ending fight of RDR2 is definitely influenced by the fight with Jimmy and Gary, just makes me want an actual remaster even more
I got the Wii version for my little brother, who was 11 at the time. My parents were concerned he was playing it too much. He turned out much more emotionally stable than I was.
What makes Gary such a good villain is his motive, or lack thereof depending on how you wish to look at it. He's basically like the Joker from Batman, Eris from Sinbad, or Team America's version of Kim Jong Iil. All he wants is chaos that he can easily manipulate, and he has the right combination of smarts, guile and lack of morals to pull it off. Those kind of villains are the most dangerous of all.
He's main reason doing what he did was so that he doesn't get bullied. Like he said to Jimmy ," you would've if I'd given you the chance ". Which just proves he was afraid of being bullied by Jimmy and The other big boys. So he got the idea "Imma bully them before they bully me" which ofc Jimmy had no intention of doing. Shame Jimmy really thought Gary was his friend

Over 15 years we never realised the true message of the game, it was influenced via anti bullying but most importantly was to pick and choose the right friends

Jimmy is honestly the only R* protagonist who's 100% a good guy. He never commits any GTA/RDR-like crimes, and he beats up bullies to give them a taste of their own medicine as a way of teaching them a lesson for preying on the weak.
Niko and Arthur are good people too, but at the end of the day, Niko was a former human trafficker who let his anger control most of his decisions until Kate/Roman was killed, and Arthur had over 20 years worth of experience of being the muscle for the most wanted gang in the country.

The 360 and PC versions look too bright and colorful and I think that they lose that mysterious and dark feel of the original (Also, is it just me or is the camera much more distant from the character in this version?)
The Wii version looks a lot more different than the X360 and PC version, it's much closer to the PS2 original in model quality and color choice.
I've noticed that too. The 360/PC version has the better character models, Wii/PS2 versions had a better color scheme and overall environmental feel. And the Anniversary Edition is just an overall travesty. Also, I've noticed that the original and Scholarship editions, minus the Wii, had a similar FOV, but the Wii's FOV seemed way closer to Jimmy as well. Weird, huh?
This game was so fun to play. I remember coming home from middle school and getting all excited just to play it.
I love how this is just 2 schoolkids fighting in actuality but Rockstar still made it epic with the falling platforms, thunder, orchestral music. Just brilliant.

This game despite the violence in it, which isn't over the top like a GTA title, or other games. It has a lot of good, great, and bad lessons to teach a growing boy. Or girl. Whatever.
Not only that but I feel it was also a game that even older generations could have gotten behind. The "back in my day I did this when I was kid" kind of thing. Like any or all the pranks you could pull in game. This game was probably a bonding experience for a small few families. For me. It was just pure dumb fun, and I wouldn't have a video game be any other way.
This, gta:sa and the warriors were games that make me proud of my childhood.
i think i said it before but the ending fight of RDR2 is definitely influenced by the fight with Jimmy and Gary, just makes me want an actual remaster even more

He's basically like the Joker from Batman, Eris from Sinbad, or Team America's version of Kim Jong Iil.
