I’m 25 in the process of building my first home 3200sqft I just found your channel last night and I’ve literally watched every single video. It’s amazing the amount of knowledge that I got from your videos without something being sold to you. Thank you TH-cam algorithm. Please try to upload another video. Post notifications are on.

This was a great series, congrats on your hard earned record breaking sale!! I binged the whole series!!!
Can you tell us what you do, as in your day jobs, and also were you working those day jobs throughout the Troost project?
Looking forward to what you post next

We should definitely do a video on this topic! Eddy quit his 9-5 job in manufacturing to do real estate full time. For me this was sort of a second business venture, my active business being in luxury car rentals. I can say that this ended up taking more of our time than originally anticipated.

Whats up Sam? Great video! You mentioned that you paid 211 per square foot for construction but that was you doing it yourself. What’s a number you’d expect to pay per square foot if you just hired a GC?

Our cost was $211 per sqft total. I don’t know if we’d ever hire a GC to do our jobs but I could say that a reasonable amount to charge to GC is very dependent on the scope of work. Personally speaking if someone asked us to build Troost again for them, we would probably charge somewhere around $300-$350 a sqft.

      Does this $211 includes pool?
