Plus with these kinds of things there’s usually something underneath, such as the uniform top being a one piece or something, nothing underneath is being exposed.
My oc's outfit has a long skirt with slits at the sides of it that go to the thighs for better movement. She also wears shorts as well. It's overall pretty modest except for how I discribed the skirt but that's still pretty modest.
