ORAL HYGIENE TIP (that I got from a dentist): floss first, then mouthwash, then brush. Only use alcohol-based mouthwash a couple of times a week or once a week because it’s stripping AND your mouth has its own important natural flora and killing it can cause other health problems. It has changed the game for me because I have overly acidic saliva. Hope this helps someone out there ♥️

a little heads up about the mouthwash.
using an alcohol based mouthwash after you brush your teeth can cause further enamel damage. the alcohol is meant to kill any bacteria in your mouth and using it before brushing would be more beneficial. if you still want the extra freshness, use an alcohol-free mouthwash since those tend to add back properties to prevent cavities, gum disease, etc... and it isn't going to strip your teeth of the fluoride that was just brushed on. hope this helps!

if you do not rinse the fluoride (non-alcohol) mouthwash then you should wait before eating.
also you should wait 30 minutes after eating to brush your teeth
@@sillyrabbit_ i don't think the brand matters as much as long as you are getting an alcohol based and separate alcohol free one to add whatever benefits you want.

I would recommend watching Dr Dray. She debunks the myth about aluminum in deodorants. Also would recommend a cleansing oil or balm to remove makeup, because the wipes can be incredibly wasteful especially if you use them everyday! If you want, the double-cleansing method (oil based cleanser + water-based cleanser) is a game changer to really get your skin clean!
I don't know if you've ever tried it, but Target carries the Flamingo Deep Nourishing Cream and it smells so good and it'll make your skin so soft! It's like $10.

The bum bum creme isn't really moisturizing. It smells great. A good dupe is the Brazilian nut butter from trader joes. It's smells the same....and a fraction of the cost

As far as the sugar scrub you can make your own! I just use brown sugar, honey, and olive oil and your skin will thank you! You don’t have to spend all that money on that bottle.
I add a little bit of essential oil in mine, I put a few drops of tea tree oil into mine and my skin is glowing.
Make sure you use soft brown sugar! The coarse one with big grains can be damagingly abrasive

@@chandregeorginabruckner1070 any brown sugar labelled "soft brown" will do. You'll know it's right if you squish the packet and it leaves a dent, almost like clay would. The grain size is small and it has a texture similar to that moon sand stuff

The best trick is to get scents that go with eachother from your shampoo and soap to your perfume and hair lotions. Doesnt matter if all your products smell good if they all compete with each other its not nice to have it around all day

Guys try the shea butter line of products from L’Occitane😊 I swear once you try that line you never switch back to anything else 💕😌 (if your skin is very dry like mine is, if not try their almond milk line)
At my dollar tree they had the arm and hammer baby foaming soap... Fragrance free etc. Very impressed for mine and my daughter's feminine care. And a very large bottle... I was going to grab more to stock up but the bottle is so big it will last a while.
Anyway not sure if it's all dollar tree stores but thought I'd share the deal.
I also purchased a small bottle of the castile green tea and love it as well for fem care. Very gentle.

@@barbzcult as someone with highly sensitive skin, especially down there, this is the only product that’s worked. i tried summers eve but it caused irritation and uses products that aren’t natural or good for the vagina. Honeypot uses all simple, natural and a short list of simple and easy to understand ingredients. Plus it’s women-owned and black-owned unlike summer’s eve.

YES! For anyone with sensitive skin and want to use castile soap, please buy it unscented and dilute it with water. Essential oils and perfume can cause irritation and the soap by itself is too much for your skin.

Try a water pick. I thought it was unnecessary but my mouth feels so much cleaner. I got mine from Marshall’s. I started using that dive body wash my bf loves it 😉 he said it reminds him of hot chocolate. I also use that Vaseline oil and mix it with the jergens Shea butter lotion *chefs kiss*

You were the first hygiene haul youtuber that I watched, and although I follow several now, you're still my favourite.
I love to watch hauls because we don't get a lot of these products in the U.K.
The difference with both Sol de Janeiro creams is: the bum bum has caffeine if I’m not mistaken to help tone the skin and it does have like a bit of mild shimmer, my best way to describe the smell is that it is a buttery scent... and the pink one has an AHA in it to help exfoliate so make sure to follow with a sunscreen, more of a fruity sweet smell :3 hope this helps
I use the pink one on my darker areas (I.e. underarm and inner thighs) really helps lighten it and it's easy to cover if venturing into sun.

I have braces and have always had excellent oral hygiene but to avoid cavities my ortho and dentist suggested using the purple listerine that has fluoride. Also dipping the floss or picks in the mouthwashe before flossing helps 💖

The peppermint Castille soap worked so well as a face wash for me. I have OILYYYYY skin and it helped plus left my skin feeling tingly and fresh and cold. LOVE IT!

Its weird how much sunscreen has been trending a lot in the last 2 years but before no one ever mentioned it unless you were going to the beach or pool and we’re going to be in direct sunlight for long periods of time. It seems fishy to me. As if they are just trying to profit off women who want to stay looking young.
