Matthew 23:23 and Luke 11:42 clearly state that the tithe should not be left undone … but the emphasis is more-so on justice, mercy, and faithfulness.

I would agree with the giving but to say just because this part of the ceremonial law is not specifically removed does not mean it is still valid. The Old Testament said only the levites can receive the tithe and that is not specifically removed then I would say who is authorized to receive the tithe now
