It’s gorgeous, but it would irritate me to spend that much and have random people doing street parking directly in front of the house. For that price point, it would be preferable to have the house set further back from the street.
The fire department works quickly in these neighborhoods, even when the fires in these hills did happen no one lost their home thank you to the quick work of LA fire fighters. A lot of funding goes into our fire departments
