  • Hayashi rice using Heinz Demiglace sauce can Japanese real recipe. Make it richer with Gastrique sauce for all adults Hayashi rice lovers. Easy Hayashi rice at Home every one can make this!
    What you need
    〇 HEINZ Demiglace sauce can       1
    〇 Round beef block       250~300g
    〇 Onion                1(medium size)
    〇 Mushrooms            6~7
    〇 Red wine               200cc
    〇 Tomato juice            100cc
    〇 Butter                
    〇 Salt & Pepper                
    〇 Ketchup               1~2tbsp
    〇 Worcester sauce             1~2tbsp
    〇 Gastrique sauce           1tbsp
      How to make Gastrique sauce
      〇 Granulated sugar      100g
      〇 Vinegar            20cc
      〇 Water            50cc
    Point  Add water at last to adjust the taste at last

    How to make
    1 Fry Sliced onions and mushrooms
    2 Fry and brown the beef with butter
    3 Deglace with redwine and mix with onions and mushroom pan
    4 Make Gastrique sauce and add 1tbsp of this sauce
    5 Simmer with Demiglace sauce for at least 20 min. low heat
    6 Sit for one night and adjust the taste by adding water before serving
