I was born a Muslim, but I didn't always understand Islam. It confused me a lot. When I was in my early teen years, I didn't give a crap about life, I used to fake my prayers and pray whenever I was told to, and I was depressed and lost for so long, I felt like I didn't have any meaning. Alhamdulilah, my eyes were opened and I've realised where I need to be right now. I was born a Muslim, I'll live a Muslim and I'll die a Muslim. I'll serve Allah and I'll follow the teachings of our beloved hero Muhammed (SAW) till the very end

I am sorry by dear, but you are NOT broken or sick. Your religion tells you this, so that they can then control you, by saying they have the cure or fix for you. All religion does this, convince you that you are sick and that only they have the cure. It is very bad what religion does to people.
Focusing on this god 24/7 as you say deprives you of your time, your emotions, your money. What do you get back in return? The vague promise of jannah?? We are promised this, but no one has come back to tell us it is real... nor has anyone come back to tell us that hell is real... but they use these 'promises' to keep your controlled and obeying what they tell you... it is the world's oldest scam and all religions, to some extent, do it. That is why religion is a poison.
