Jing Yee "b" will be the number of cycle in 360 degree . In this case b = 60 mean you should have 60 cycles of cosine graph in 360

I think bt should be equal to 2*pi then b = pi/3 because the angle must be in radians.

yes, normally i do in radian also. but because the student told me the book answer using degree. So i just follow. i guess both of ok
