      I've had no contact from many of them, it seems they don't want to sell.

    Has some potential when having three years+ plus som additional € 300.000,- Could become a great TH-cam Channel… The hull-shape looks fast a pilot cutter… very nice options of spending time on board… but the round dining lounge has to go… for € 45.000 I probably would take her… the biggest risk will be galvanic corrosion could be an expensive issue for an aluminium hull from 1988 one tiny little piece of a copper cable laying somewhere in the bilge would be enough… so a fully ultrasonic hull inspection is needed… the rest I would call scrap price… Rigging + Sails, Motor, Electrics, Navigation, Hydraulics more or less 100% of it has to be redone… So the important question is what is the monthly cost of a workshop and a place on the hard for the time of refit… and can you still market her in an economically viable way when the refit is done with an ongoing inflation of around 10%, which will probably continue for the coming years... people will eventually cancel their Patreon subscriptions and new subscribers are already going to be difficult to be found… so for a max 15% deposit on a refit plan and a 5.5% interest rate… and taking over the running cost one could take the risk with two exit option in one and two years… or a cut in the sales price not sure about the scrap price of aluminium but guess if she‘s done and have corrosion issues one take a loss of at least 75% of her asked price.

      I agree and went to view. Its a base for a great boat. They have taken good care of hull (recent hull sound) & engine. As you say though a lot to throw away - interior joinery is high quality but layout needs revision, also lightening & opening out. Teak decks shot, nav & gear absent or also shot as is all rigging, sails, furlers. They had recently reduced asking from €160 to €120 and added significant work needed rather than some. On their earlier ask I offered €80k and was refused. Seems someone is feeling lucky/ has deeper pockets - shortly after my offer - yachtworld shows sale in progress, so maybe the owners (nice lady) will be lucky.

      @@user-mj6sl9qv8j the Aluminium is € 32.000,- … plus 11.000 for a good massive english wheel … plus 5.800 for a rehm tiger welding machine… if there would be someone… I would love to start tomorrow ;-)

    The plywood cabin sole indicates previously taking on water, ruining the original sole. Any history in this boat?

      Hi, the boat has plywood in some areas because it had a carpet on top. Carpets were removed as they were old and worn. New carpets should be made for these areas

    I don't know Spain, are there any places around the area that the boat could be hauled-out and worked on cheaply?

    I was expecting more cabins and more space for such a big boat, & what about the engine??

      The engine runs nicely. It is a Perkins Bowman 4 -135

    Nothing on the engine....it and the sole must be damaged by water!

    • @lottasundberg1247
      @lottasundberg1247  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      There is no water damage. I can send you a video of the engine running nicely. The floor had carpet in cabin and dinings room areas, hence plywood underneath. Carpet was worn and therefore removed. New carpet should be put in
