Yup. Even hitting 999,999 on the knight barely dented the health bar. I love the dungeon environment but i will always hate the amount of boss health they have.

You gotta have radiant, 2 kinetic surges active which does boost golden gun damage (3 will bug out and not work), not be in a well of radiance as that will take away radiant and not buff golden gun. You can also debuff the boss with a friend or use the artifact mod that allows you to debuff the boss witha solar melee.
This damage can be further increased btw. With the artifact mod that lets you deal extra damage to scorn and taken. Using witherhoard on an enemy changes the enemy type to taken while its taking damage from witherhoard (directly I think not when its on the ground). I know for a fact this works with Malefeasence so it should work with the artifact mod.
Just thought of something. Arbelsest has distruption break, giving knetics 50% more dmg. Golden gun procs kenetic surge. Do you think DB is procing for golden gun?
Very nice. Summumu in GotD is just an obnoxious amount of health. I’ve been thinkin celestial nighthawk with follow up parasite shot might make for some wild burst damage.
if popping a boss, solo, for a million damage and only tickling them/taking less than 1/10th doesnt showcase the horrid power creep in boss health pools then nothing can
Might have to grab a Celestial then, I just really like having Caliban’s Hand but the increased super on precision kills would be a lot better for solo runs
Hunter is useless minus the super. Broodweaver can put up nearly as much dps in a damage phase as a Hunter and offer better aoe and utility. This whole nighthawk hype thing is just for TH-camrs to make clickbait from.
@@TimeLord solar hunters are almost useless if it weren't for the super. They just do nothing else as good as other subclasses. Even before the YAS nerf there was and still is very little survivability, but atleast there was ad clear. You have to use healing nade and even then it's only tier 1 restoration. Only way to play solar hunter is with a weapon build which is pretty much always worse than an ability build. Solar hunter is being carried by the artifact and potentially by the exotic buffs. They aren't useless like the comment said but they aren't special

It one shots the overshield the ghost bosses have. So I guess the damage it hits for is how strong the shield is

It doesn’t unfortunately, would definitely be a huge bump in damage if it did though

If you want max damage switch to lucky pants after proccing your celestial GG and max dump malfeasance or wardens law if u have one
the titan with peregrine greaves can do basically the same damage of this super with a single melee.
