We were the last ones to stay in them for our lifestyle visit. Our agent told us they would be getting ready to put them on the market. We stayed first week of November. They were lineing up and removing all the golf carts when we left. They are prepping them and fixing them before putting them on the market.
@StreamsofDreams2370 the lifestyle villas that just sold by Brownwood were sold furnished and no bonds. I wonder why the bonds are still due on these homes in Christopher Villas?

My Lifestyle Visit was this past August and was in the house with the open garage that you walked in!

Where are the sidewalks?
No sidewalks in residential areas
I noticed that also. My wife and I are retired and walk our senior dog every day. Walking on the street is not for us.

$195/mo amenity fee, $380/yr maintenance fee $300/yr fire fee

Humm... not sure, at this point nobody knows if there will be bonds, i assume there will be tho, we will.need to wait until they are listed
