in case of specific port troubleshooting in contract how to get the logs in CLI for that to check the traffic is passing between two endpoints. can you please provide some info in this
You can use 'show zonning-rule scope ' to get details about all EPG communication through end point, after then you can use 'show systerm internal policy-mgr stat' to find details about packet flow between two endpoint via specific contract.....this is from CLI.....there is NIR tool also available, on that you can get detail about each flow between each endpoint (like no of packet, latency, drop etc.)
when you apply bi-dir, it will create rule to apply traffic in reverse direction as welll....best practice is to keep on bi-dir..more detail you can find here....www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/aci/apic/sw/1-x/Operating_ACI/guide/b_Cisco_Operating_ACI/b_Cisco_Operating_ACI_chapter_01000.html

Direction of the rule, either: uni-dir, bi-dir, or uni-dir-ignore. can you explain this ?
