- James “Slim” Bouler came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he spoke about growing up in poverty in South Charlotte, where he learned how to golf at a young age. He then spoke about how he became a hustler in the golf world, which allowed him to buy his own pro shop. From there, James detailed meeting Michael Jordan and beating him the first time they played golf, and James also spoke about high-stakes gambling with Jordan. During the conversation, James detailed Jordan writing him a $57,000 check for a gambling debt while he was unknowingly being surveilled by the feds. James then detailed his federal trial and being pushed to lie about Jordan, and he also spoke about Jordan testifying in his trial. I met Slim at FCI Estill 27 years ago. He was at the camp, so he got to kick it with me during family events for employees. I was just a kid when he use to tell me these same stories. I use to always talk about Slim.
