I have a query regarding navle. If navle passed after bcse , and one candidate has not appeared in CPE during 7 years or failed CPE after many attempts . Then After 7 years One has to appear again in bcse and navle both or just bcse and cpe (ECFVG)
To my knowledge you have to attempt CPE within 1 year after failing. I'm not sure for 7 years of gap. You can connect with ICVA for this specific query. I hope this helps.

Its the QSE exam for the pave program not bcse. And you still have to give the navle after the PAVE.
Yes it is QSE, BCSE and QSE both attempts to test the vet science knowledge. It's true for ECFVG and PAVE.
