And we always loved the original song the atmosphere of it and the sound I love it. I sort of know how you feel. She lives only like 40 miles away but feels so far away. And it sucks BC we never have time to watch movies together anymore... When we do see each other I usually talk about work and life and sometimes get her into new music. I disagree with those who say that ‘old’ Manson used to be better. His message in his music has been same since he started doing all this. Only thing he was changing through his career is the way he wants to express himself to us. It’s related to his relationships, losing parents, etc...Artist, in one fucking word.
Dusan Medojevic not only thing that has changed saw him live in 2000 and saw him live 2012 and my god it was depressing seeing the difference. Will always be a big fan but he really is phoning it in now. That visceral bite has gone. Good cover though just don't think i can watch him live again.
I think the music on his albums (especially the last two) have been his best since 2003, he has a lot of mediocre music since then.. but I agree that in live performances he just doesn't have it anymore.. maybe the stress to his voice has gotten to him, or maybe he is just phoning it in or lost on drugs, but watching his new performances is a little sad, it doesnt have any of the same energy (which is somewhat understandble because of age) but his voice is really bad

Not gonna lie. Though I love Manson, it took this long to listen. The original is iconic and a staple to my childhood. A perfect remake though. Embodies the original with an amazing new feel.
Someday there's going to be an amazing remake of the film "The Lost Boys", the remake will be sexy & comedic but also TRULY TERRIFYING, and this track will be part of it all.

Music is subjective bro, so you never listened to something you didn't like? I have been rocking Antichrist superstar, Smells like Children, Portrait of an American Family from release till now. And Im rocking this song and his cover of Gods going to cut you down. His other albums, including his new one isn't my taste. Its not that they aren't good for other people, just not for me. Wow I never knew I had the power to stop an artist from doin what he wants lol. The rumors was, and I took it for what they where, "rumors" that the new album would be more like Antichrist Superstar and its clearly not. That is what I was hoping for, but to me it wasn't what I was looking for. Like I said music is subjective. But Im glad that you are enjoying his album and you think its Awesome, im sure theres thousands of people who think so to. I disagree with those who say that ‘old’ Manson used to be better. His message in his music has been same since he started doing all this. Only thing he was changing through his career is the way he wants to express himself to us. It’s related to his relationships, losing parents, etc...Artist, in one fucking word.
Dusan Medojevic not only thing that has changed saw him live in 2000 and saw him live 2012 and my god it was depressing seeing the difference. Will always be a big fan but he really is phoning it in now. That visceral bite has gone. Good cover though just don't think i can watch him live again.
I think the music on his albums (especially the last two) have been his best since 2003, he has a lot of mediocre music since then.. but I agree that in live performances he just doesn't have it anymore.. maybe the stress to his voice has gotten to him, or maybe he is just phoning it in or lost on drugs, but watching his new performances is a little sad, it doesnt have any of the same energy (which is somewhat understandble because of age) but his voice is really bad
