High Speed Shrink Wrapping of LP Records

LP Records are Back!!!!!!
The F-50 is the perfect solution to shrink wrap them. The records are typically fed through a friction feeder or coming straight from the folder gluer that feeds onto our 3ft smart conveyor. The smart conveyor synchronizes the position of the records to feed into the lug position. The lug transfers the records directly onto the film. Our Lug to Film transfer allows the product to be in a really tight bag and also to use a smaller width of film. The bag then goes through our side sealer and the continuous motion cross seal. The product transfers onto the conveyor of our T-63PS tunnel, which features a 3ft pre-shrink section that starts to gently pull down the seal line. The product then goes into the chamber where the shrink will finish for a perfect retail presentation. A top press roller assembly is added to help push the air out of those sleeves that hold air inside of them.
