Quick and easy homemade ice cream using 2 ingredients and NO MACHINE!

Today I’ve made coffee ice cream without machine using only two ingredients. Yes you heard that right! For this recipe you will need:
1 litre ice cream::
Recipe:
-2 small packs of whipping cream ( I used nestle milkpak whipping cream)
-1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Whip the cream until it gets stiff. Now add the condensed sweetened milk. Whip again to make sure it’s stiff enough. Now add flavor of your choice. I used coffee… mixed one teaspoon with 1 tablespoon of milk and added to the mixture. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling film before putting on the lid.
For fresh fruits flavour, make a paste of the fruit in blender and add at the end into the ice cream mixture and freeze overnight. Serve once frozen!
