Zettelkasten - Permanent and/or Evergreen Notes

Part of the second mind journey is the building of long term notes. What is the difference between a "Permanent" and an "Evergreen" note? This difference is nuanced, but in my view, important.

I came across your channel whilst looking into possibly adopting a Zettelkasten system, and have enjoyed your enthusiastic (amateur) open-minded approach.
On the topic of Permanent vs Evergreen - is the latter not just a form of a 'Fleeting' note ?
In the same way you warned against 'Death by Categories' in a previous episode, should we not avoid too many note 'types' ?
I see 'Evergreen' notes as simply a subset of Fleeting notes - that you have not been fully developed, and/or you are likely to add to.
Whereas a 'Permanent' note is a former Fleeting note that you have reviewed, refined (perhaps iteratively) and then classified.
