As a former employee, I will say Starbucks was one of the best companies to work for. Still honors 20hrs for full benefits (used to work for a company that upped it to 30hrs once Obamacare hit), lots of bonuses and perks that he could easily nix to save tons of revenue (free bags of coffee once a week, free spotify), and at least SEEMS to respect the work of his employees. I've worked for companies that laid off so that they could "lower prices" and stupid bullshit like that while prancing around with the message that they help impoverished communities. Howard seems to be honest in the way he manages his company. Really, the only thing he needs to work on is paying his employees more. No Starbucks employee should be making less than $10/hr in today's economy, especially when they sell drinks that cost more than their employees' hourly wages.

When I see you, I think of this antique style of presidency. From what I heard you never really been a politician. Your more of a business kind. But you blend in both world who are one because you are born into a "Americal" world. Everyone sitting their haves similar minds.

An employee there named Chester always makes an effort to get to know each customer and is so friendly. He is literally a star and I always look forward to encountering him each and every week.
