Also, if this is still not working, try this:
Turn the TV on.
Then unplug power, press the power button on the TV, either underneath samsung logo in the middle of the TV, back left or back right of TV, push in little toggleswitch.
Plug power back in, attempt to see if remote is responsive. If not try Pause/Play and Return for 10 seconds.

My charger is just flashing red and it won’t let me do anything with this remote
Try a different charger, test with a device that you know works(your phone) and then charge the remote.

I would try and make sure that you hold the Back and pause/play button for longer.

I have the issue that the remote when plugged it flashes and i can leave it for hours and flashes, but when i disconnect it nothing works, not wven th return and play together, or the return and enter does it.
Any suggestions?

Unplug the TVs power cord from outlet, press the power button on the TV(under Samsung logo). Plug power cord back in and see if the remote responds.
when I click the home and return buttons the bluetooth logo does not appear on the TV
Change the batteries in the remote
@tech2call is the version with the solar panel, but the remote control still works because I tried with the phone camera and the signal actually works.
Unplug power to the TV and press the power button underneath TV.
Plug back in and then try to pair remote again.

I hold the back and play button and nothing happens, what do i do?
So, take your phone put it on camera mode.
Point a known working remote towards the camera and look for a purple led emitting from the remote.
Then take the Samsung remote, replace with BRAND NEW batteries or charge and do the same thing. If no light, replace the remote.

mine only seems to work when it’s plugged into USB-C cable. I am unable to use the back and play button method when the remote is not plugged into the USB-C cable.
Unplug the cable, take your phone, open the camera app, record or point remote and camera and press some buttons on the remote. Review footage or check to see if when you press the buttons if there is a purple/pink light flashing from the top of the Remote.
I'd recommend also doing this while the remote is plugged in.
Let me know what happens.

The red light on my remote isn’t blinking. It just stays on. But I can’t work the tv at all. Any suggestions?
Press and hold the return and multi view button do until the light flashes once
Also, before that. Check to make sure there aren’t any sticky buttons or buttons that are pushed in. Clean the remote.

The connecting phase is where I'm stuck, the loading circle pops up but it nevers actually connects

Hi my remote is connected to the TV's bluetooth however the remote itself is no longer charging well.. everytime I plugged it into the type c charger the red light on the remote is only blinking... please help me
Unplug the power on your TV,
Press the power button on the TV under the Samsung Logo.
Plug power back in.
It should fix the blinking.
Check battery life on remote.

Are you receiving a red-light on the remote when plugged in?
@@tech2call No it doesn't take batteries it has a sliver reflection thing on the back of it that charges from sunlight and regular light
And No because the light is not coming on

my remote was already paired with the TV, however I accidentally hit those two buttons "return and play/pause" together and tv is constantly in bluetooth search mode. The remote stopped being responsive apart from turn on and turn off tv, no other buttons work. TV was unplugged but still once on, keeps on searchin for some bluetooth devices. and it does only it , tv is unresponsive apart from this search and off and on.
Resetting remote doest work as its engagne in this blue tooth search but cannot pair again. any cluewhat to do apart from new remote?
Remove batteries and try new batteries.
Is it searching for Bluetooth remote or speaker?

I cannot remove bateries as the pilot is a solar one and almost fully charged.
it basically seeks any bluetooth device. I can give it my iphone for example but cannot accept as remote is not responding and blinks constanty :(
Unplug the TVs power for 1 minute.
Press the power button on the TV with power cable unplugged.
Hold the OK/Select button and back/return button on the remote for 10 seconds.
Plug the power back in.
Try using remote power to turn TV back on.
If it isn't responsive, press the back/return and the play/pause for about 3 seconds.
If still not working, contact Samsung.
You can also download Smartthings app as a remote too.

Only button working on my remote is the volume and nothing is working
Is this a brand new remote from the manufacturer that came with the TV? Or is this a third party one you purchased off of amazon?
@@tech2call came with the tv. I had the software on the tv updated using the app remote and it started working again.

Week 1, I would recommend checking batteries, charging remote, follow steps in video, if all else fails, return or contact Samsung.

Hey ! I have a problem that i couldnt find a single solution online. Pressing the HOME button wont work, i’ve even tried to reset the whole tv or use a different remote, paring and unpairing… It seems that the TV might be the problem. Have you tried unplugging your TV from the power outlet. Wait a fill minute and plug back in?
Or
Unplug the power, wait a full minute and press the power button and hold for 30 seconds?

@@stephaniemackean3301 you cant imagine how relieved i feel after i finally found someone with the same problem as me. At the moment nothing new. I believe it could be solved when a software update arrives. If you do solve this problem please do let me know as well.
