PUFF RECIPE:
100g Unsalted Butter
240ml Plain Water
1/2 tsp Fine Salt
150g All Purpose Flour
4 Grade A Eggs
CUSTARD FILLING:
3 Grade A Egg Yolks
25g Corn Starch
50g Sugar
230ml Full Cream Milk
150ml Heavy Cream
200°C / 390°F (28minutes)

No. My puff did not poof following this recipe. 😢 I even reduced from 4 eggs to 3, because it was too watery. But the puff just won’t poof.
