Hmm, ... skinny perforated blocks with large mortar joints. They don't look like they should be load-bearing - especially when missing ties. They may technically be load-rated, but really. What happens if WA gets an earthquake? I'd check to mining explosives timetable before inspecting houses in WA. I'd take up a religion.
How did this building get so far without supervision stopping it. Perhaps it’s an Early Learning builders project . Next part of the project is demolition 😂
