I don't follow them, but I've heard a few of their songs in the past, and I'm a jpop fan as well... but I think ppl might have been turned off by the weak/low/soft?? vocals.
I have no idea if this is the first time they release a song in English, but he didn't sound confident I guess, and they didn't mesh during the chorus.
I feel like the cd version might sound a lot better, bc I don't think it was a bad song either
Thats not the first time they sing in english. Fukase's English is awesome btw. He even sang with OWL CITY in 2014. Check Dragon night by SEKAI NO OWARI and also Tokyo by Owl City feat SEKAI NO OWARI.
