My guess is that a lot of the feedback you’ve received to do more real estate is because BP has completely changed its philosophy on building wealth.

​@@ldgarnett777the mainline BP kinda seems to have lost it's heart. Its all sponsorships, book plugs, and unrelatable people. The secondary channels are excellent though and really pick up the slack. OnTheMarket has very passionate hosts that are obviously doing the podcast because they love the information and don't expect monetary gain from it, and TheRealEstateRookie podcast actually brings relatable guests with relatable stories.
