Dang, I was hoping to see a rec where Japan loses in age 3 or 4. Still haven't seen one yet. Seems like Lukas did everything right, spies for explorers even, trying to burn down shrines, and had complete map control and lost anyhow.
the answer is because Japan like all the asians civ is stupidly overpowered. Shrines must be nerfed into oblivion. LukasL played perfectly but that fucking mass of archer, muusk, cav they can muster is absurd and make no sense, he would have needed to create the same army to slow down Aiz and create another one of the same mass to quickly destroy 3-4 shrines and raid: it's impossibile. The problem are the asians civ themself, Japan above all
@@sp1d3rm0nk3y33 I agree I have always despised Japan civ in this game, the shrines and overpowered units, teleporting explorers and being able to send 7 villager cards twice never made any sense, and still doesn't. Looking forward to an upload of similar skill players where the guy wins when Japan is in age 3 so I can see how it is accomplished.

Decks are not loaded immediately, player choose them when 1st shipment comes and I do show it then n there only, n definitely in btw the game and at last too
@@albanismaili8271 did you saw the value that gave at his cannons and archers cause of the walls and buildings under the consistent pressure of Germans??? He had only the 1/4 of the map and he manage to win and also protect his houses, it is a masterpiece....

Japan is one of the most underpowered civ in the game. Very poor gameplay from the German player, it looks like he lost on purpose.

Can you show the player decks at beggining? It will be better than in the end.
