I am in this stage where in my head when I’m alone I know who I want to be and I set my intention to be her to be gentle to be soft spoken and kind then boom my husband and kids come home and I’m anxious , defensive , inpatient and all the things I don’t identify with ugh but thank you so much for this !!!

I struggle with the level of anxiety you describe. It has become my personality, has changed my personality. I absolutely understood what you meant. I feel stuck and have no idea how to control it. I guess that’s why I isolate myself. It’s easier to deal with anxiety by myself vs dealing with it while around other people.
