If your goal is to start a thriving business that has the potential to replace your job then you should rent out something that is in high demand and rents out every weekend. Keep in mind that while the white castles are trending on social media across the entire US, there may not be such a high demand in your local area. The white castle will do well as a side gig that goes out from time to time. All of that being said, I could be wrong and you should let the data decide.
