you would need to use the windows API, to navigate to "control panel", "Devices and Printers", select the driver of the printer you trying to print both sides on, go into the driver options go to "General" if you just want this to for on print job or "Defaults" to change the setting so that it always prints both sides. Then apply the settings then send the print job through.
