Hey guys!
Today I share with you my daily habits that help keep my life balanced and productive.
I start the day by drinking lots of water to hydrate myself well, then I dedicate a moment to my daily devotional, a precious time to connect with God.
Afterwards, I do essential stretches to prepare my body for the day and practice physical exercise.
I also love putting on makeup, it's a habit that makes me super excited to face the day!
Breakfast is simple and healthy, as I believe that taking care of ourselves inside and out is essential.
And to end my morning, I go to a coffee shop, where I start my work day with energy and inspiration.
