To be the best you have to make sacrifices. Look at what these players achieved! They won it all!
The GOAT of managers. Did it without £2 billion, an offshore account, a suspended 2-year ban from European competition and 115 charges of financial irregularity
Guardiola is legit the most overrated manager in history.
You realize he outspent every other club in premier league right??? They didn't win with chumps. He bought the best players, just like Pep....
Calm down
@@GrouchyKraut He won the league with kids from the academy.
@@tesco-cshe also won with british transfer record fees
wish he would pop in the dressing room now and remind the "overpaids" what football and respect for a club is all about
should’ve ask robbie savage as well
hearing all this, it's not at all surprising that the kids who don't go on from the age of 21 suffer serious life burnout. And the model for success like this doesn't allow for any support at all. Be interesting to hear from the players who played alongside those who went on to immortality but instead went a different direction.
with the sinister music over the top it comes across as a rather dark tale of child abuse.
City fan I guess
Grow up u scouse ….
@@itsmeprasad1987what?! lol
It sounds like prison 😂
I mean it's edited to look and feel that way but let's be honest here, Ferguson was a genius and that's from an Arsenal fan.
😂
The Greatest Manager of All Time is Alex Ferugson

Problem with becks is he’s never criticised anything or anyone in his life. Everything is smiles and optimal PRness
why is that a problem?
@@BirukMillion because it's nice when people have personalities my friend
Am I first??
No one cares
I don't want anyone to care you Lil 💅
You need to let kids be kids also. I don't think that was the situation there
greatness has no time for that, just look at Michael Jackson and every other great that ever lived.
@@MaverickLee11 And their success came at the expense of what?! You can also achieve greatness with a healthy balance.
@@user-bi4bb6cd9s well whatever they did worked, if they wanted 'balance' you would not even be talking about them now. They would be long forgotten. Wu wei. You get out from what you put in.
@@user-bi4bb6cd9sthere is no healthy balance when it comes to greatness, you’re either all in or you’re not, whenever you hear stories of the very elite at anything it usually comes at a cost, hardship, sacrifice even bordering on mental abuse at times, now is that right? Thats not for me to decide but thats how alot of the true greats become who they are, if you want balance then accept mediocrity.

He gettin more involved in the club that made him
Ferguson was a great tactician but a horrible man manager. Everything was about him.
