    hearing all this, it's not at all surprising that the kids who don't go on from the age of 21 suffer serious life burnout. And the model for success like this doesn't allow for any support at all. Be interesting to hear from the players who played alongside those who went on to immortality but instead went a different direction.

Thats not for me to decide but thats how alot of the true greats become who they are, if you want balance then accept mediocrity.
