I still remember this was the first ever video i got recommend by TH-cam in 2018....from then on i just found this to be one of the best videography channel...!!
This was a great episode!! I would love to see you guys doing some more videos like this. Learning software is essential and you guys are great at showing us the tricks. I think you could show some great DIY tricks with the same fun.
It's really not stupid !!! These are the brightest ideas I've come across !!! I'm definitely going to use one of these methods !!! Huge thanks to you !!!!!!!!
I love DIY and tricks to get the move you are looking for etc. I love your old videos where you show creative ways to use tripods etc. Jordy, I remember a long time ago on a video when I asked you what DIY ment. I had never heard about it before. I have used cardboard under my tripod to make it into a slider/ dolly and I'm still using that technique sometimes. I have also used those smooth cotton things you have under chairs so you don't scratch up the floor. It works really well :-)
I'm using that sun hood hack! When we were filming screen tests the other day I could barely tell if my actors were even in focus it was so bright! That is gonna be soooooooo useful!!
Thank you Jordy! DIY is what got me into checking youtube a few years ago. DIY should never stop. Even Hollywood movie makers use DIY. Creating and using DIY is like excersice to creativity. Gracias!
Back in 2009 when I started to get into videography, sliders, steadicams, etc were sooo expensive and lot of us low budget film makers would try DIY gear. Now in 2020 sliders and gimbals aren't expensive. Easy to acquire
these are actually some pretty great DIY techniques apart from the microphone holder that doesn't really work for a shotgun it kind of works for normal microphone although it will mess up the polar pattern.
honestly i really like this kind of video. It gave me a lot of inspiration how to work around the not existing camera and filming equipment for good effects with low budget
guys i am certainly not the first one to tell you that, but i am sure that. if yoou keep doing this, i won't be the last one to tell that you are amazing. and i do really feel inspired. thank you and be blessed
I am all about DIY and micro Budget film making what other Film making hacks do you guys have? My Favorite is using a Starbucks cup sleeve to use as a lens hood
