Can-Am Ryker Rally at the Salmon glacier in British Columbia Canada. Just beautiful!

June 2023. My birthday!! What a great way to spend the day at the Salmon Glacier in British Columbia Canada. The 5th largest standing glacier in BC and up at 4000 ft. A great dirt road ride up with great weather. My Ryker has been flawless on this massive ride totally 8000 km. Next stop Whitehorse, then Dawson City, and finally our goal of riding the famous but notorious Dempster highway to the Arctic Circle in the northern Yukon. Rally To The North is becoming a reality!!

This is amazing. The Franz Joseph and Fox glaciers in New Zealand, I have seen is so small in comparison with that one. Travel safe!

At about 1:15 you switched to Rally Mode, as you entered the gravel road. What would have happened if you leave it in Eco or in Sport?

There are 4 modes on the Rally. Standard, which is what you run on without choosing a mode. Eco, Sport and Rally which you have to change on the instrument panel.
GoPro cannot display inclines or descending but the dirt road was very steep in places. On a hill in Rally mode I can slow down and still make the climb as Rally mode loosens up the traction control and allows spin on the drive wheel rather than cutting the power if the wheel spins.

My Rally is a 2019. The first and best year of production IMO. The 2022-23 is a little different.
