I have the one on the right the rival it will only run on my 12000 watt sine wave been looking for a manual didnt know they still made them but havent found one around where I live at I'm off grid on everything except my heaters cause I'm out propain
Some of the older ones would run on square wave and be a bit noisy, but the ones with clocks and electronics hate it. The 3000 watt PEAK/Potek inverters do a good job running them though. I think I put a link to them below the vid.
Thanks for the info. I just got a 700w microwave and the 2000w roadpro junk won’t run it. I hate that inverter never again will I buy their junk. Already bought a digital microwave crap.
It will not run because of your inverter, Or because you don't have enough battery power. I did a video showing my $99.00 (1100 watt) powerbright inverter running my 700 watt microwave. I also did a video showing my cheap $159.00 (1500 watt Realiable Electric pure sign wave inverter) running our 1000 watt microwave. I did another video showing my 700 watt microwave running of of my 1100 watt inverter hooked up to my van battery. If you want to see them then just check out my videos.
The only method to lower the wattage draw is to up the voltage supply. On many of my inverters I find the potentiometer in them and up them to 130 volts, It will not hurt any inductive load, in fact you can run up to 150 VAC on most non digital appliances with no harm and motors will run cooler on 130 volts that they do on 120. Just have to keep the Hertz at 60.
Thanks for this very informative video it has helped me alot thanks again

That was perfect. Thanks for the advice.
I prefer Redi-line 1700 generator, I’m a trucker to. I use a inverter also, but for my higher power use ,there’s no substitute, also pure sine wave
great info, i have an older 700w mechanical type microwave . just wondering will a cheap inverter like the square wave run it ok ?

Is meanwell the best you can get?
great vidoe
Just trying to help people know the options.
Great video.... looking to setup a microwave in my service truck

Hi there, would u have any idea how to safely lower the wattage? I'm looking for ideally about 400, for my battery supply.
