I think the sponsor really had two goals: 1) Make people aware Powerwash Simulator is out of early access, and 2) get people who don't normally watch Powerwash Simulator to watch gameplay. I actually feel like it's unnatural and probably a bit unhealthy how we're expected to be instantly accessible to everyone we've ever met, 24/7. Especially considering that that expectation didn't exist just 20 years ago.
And relating to what Jerma said specifically for probably the same reasons, as someone who has ADHD it's disruptive to have to stop what I'm doing to respond to other people constantly, because I will inevitably lose focus on what I was previously doing.
