Sanjiv Thakur Because Once cables are laid there are very less maintenance charge and regularly data is transfered through those .Now mobile towers require power and maintaining charges are much more.Also Transferring Data on Radio or Micro frequency is expensive .
+Dushyant Deshwal China make all that tech for suuuuuuper cheap now. If their mobile phone markets are so cheap in Shen Zhen etc, I imagine they make the towers for peanuts too in 2017. In dhaka it's all over ground cabling, towers or broadband.

+Bikash Sahoo the spectrum is a different things,, government sold 1800mhz and 2300mhz bandwidth to reliance own company jio, for starting mobile services across India,,thay sell only bandwidth not Internet,,all the bandwidth are controlled by the government, for example if you are using fm radio it is also run low bandwidth mhz like 98.5/101/94.7,,and this video is only about Internet,, both are different things,, hope you getting my point

ping is a icmp protocol .... ping is used to check connectivity .. eg. ping 216.58.199.142 command can be used to check whether Google is reachable is not ...
+Fareed Siddique main reason for using ping is to get layer 3 status , checking connectivity is done by layer 1 and layer 2 i.e technology. but we can say that ping does check connectivity, drops and delay as it is pings secondary function.
