Hi Bri, thanks for this. What a great explanation of the different types of models and their uses. I haven't really used behavioural models in my work (yet) but I do "collect" them. I hadn't noticed that there's so much variety, not just in the models themselves but in the type of activities they are best suited for. I enjoyed this presentation very much. I can tell how passionate you are, and your expertise shines through in a presentation style that's straightforward and engaging.
Thank you Bri for putting this together in such an easy to digest way! I'm really curious to know if you're familiar with the Behaviour Change Wheel and what you think about this model, and anyone else who might me familiarised, for that matter. Thanks again!
Thanks @monihrw. Haven't used it myself but I really like how it represents the layers to be considered when designing an intervention. A LinkedIn search may help you identify practitioners or the model?
This was a great video - I like how you break them down into categories. I almost had to stop watching, though, because I found the music a bit distracting - it was great content, though so I kept going. This is just one person's opinion but it might be worth turning the background music volume down.
This is a great list. Thank you for putting it together, Bri.
I never got to know about behavior models, but I loved how this video makes you feel knowledgeable enough about where to start.

Glad it was helpful Sarah. Thanks for your interest.
As someone who has written a ton about this, I recommend this! Really fun and clear explanations.
Thanks Paul!

Thanks for your feedback. Once the video is loaded you can’t alter the sound. You may have noticed my more recent videos have less background lmusic.
