Compared to the hull, the engine room is in very good shape for her age. I hope the foundation is able to continue to repair her. I just found your videos and enjoy them very much.
I remember this ship in Malta as in 1955 I was an Electrical Fitter Apprentice at the local HM Dockyard. This used to supply freshwater to the ships as it was stationed at the Grand Harbour. As I live very close to the Maritime Museum at Vittoriosa which is behind Forth St Angelo I often attend the Museum and there on the ground floor there is a triple expansion engine just like this one and also there is the front face of the boiler that powered it. There are a few more auxiliary machines around it. I believe the triple expansion engine we have in the museum came off a dredger that was in Malta for a long time and I also know people who manned it. Good old memories.
in the engine room the 3 communication pipes, one has a whistle which the other end blows down the pipe to note a call, which is why some people refer to a telephone as the ';blower'

Brisbane Australia has the "Forcefull" steam tug at Maritime muesem
I think she is at Newnham still
She is currently berthed in Bideford, North Devon
What's the situation with the ship nowadays
As far as I know she was towed in to sharpness by Fred larkum to have her hull inspection
She was towed to Sharpness in 2016 for hull works prior to being towed to a more publicly accesible location in Bideford
