Prep work on the 400 Small Block, Quite a difference.

Doing prep work on the 817 casting, 400 just to see if she can be rebuilt. I have to say, that even I am amazed at what a little elbow grease and determination, aka Hard Work will do!
This motor will go thru quite a few changes, so if you have followed from the day it came into the shop, you will see the "transformation" in progress. It may take time, because of money, but this will be a complete unit when I am done and I'll be happy and proud.

My first car was a 71 GTO with a "400 small block". It never fails if i post those words some "experts" will immediately post the comment that there is no such thing as a "small block" 400. All ,400 blocks to them were the same size and there was no such thing as a "big block" 400 i guess.
