I know Chinese: the Sea Fairy costume is called "Aquarium Manager," and the descripton says:
"The Cookie Kingdom's aquarium is now open! Sea Fairy, who was invited to be the manager of new aquarium, seems a little uncertain/unconfident. However, as she* is so familiar with the ocean, so much that she* can take care of each and every fish, Sea Fairy is more than ready/experienced enough."
*Translation note: in CN CRK, all cookie pronouns are "他," which is default/masculine. This is a little jarring because even super feminine cookies, like Sea Fairy, is also 他. Funnily, this means that NONE of the CN verson of the cookies have a confirmed gender.
