Franz Fabillo - The joining chord to the chorus, right before the chorus, is a C#7-10 That is: 4th fret 'A' string, 3rd fret 'D' string, 4th fret 'G' string, 5th fret 'B' string, open High E string. You can also play the low open E string, if you like.

But in my search I ran across your video and was very impressed with the way you played the melody along with the chords. I will have to play a simpler version in order to sing and play. They're all very good, but I thought I'd try and do it a different way, with the bass a bit like the bass on the record. As you will know, this is the Franki Valli version, in the key of E, with the key change up to G, as opposed to the rather less interesting Andy Williams version which is in the key of C throughout. Be nice if you showed the chords better and the little melody you played could of been explained better. Sorry to nit pick but you obviously want to help so kindly giving some pointers. One other thing, it's always nice to play the song all the way thru at beginning so for one people know if they want to listen to you and also to give an idea how is going to be played. I dunno just an idea

It's a plastic thumb pick, Maria. It wraps around the thumb, acts as a pick, and frees the first finger so it can do other things.
