Meg you make my day! When I see a post I can’t wait to get there! Your voice is soothing to me and every project is no stress!! It is I felt like just ripping the edge but you don’t have to. You always say do what feels right. Thank you so much for all your ideas and making my day!

Meg - you have a lovely style and a calm voice to explain everything! I’ve enjoyed your channel for awhile now and thought it was time to say how much I enjoy your channel. Thank you for sharing all your beautiful ideas.

I have shrunk so many pages of velum experimenting. I love what you did!
I saved starbucks cardboards since the summer to make a christmas tree. Nothing is rubbish, if it has shape, texture, or color.
Twine is my favorite threader, but your 3 stitches are so cute! All of your ideas are inspiring. Thanks . I’m trying to rush out care packages and I have to force myself to set a timer because you know the flow could just go on indefinitely and supplies are limitless. I’m tearing through paper goods like a Christmas mouse . Oh the clean up 😫 and deadlines.

Thank you! This is all very helpful for somebody who is far too minimalist when it comes to making journals.

Those are all personal favourite things to add to my journals. 😊👍 (especially tip-ins).
And I love the way you sewed some of the pieces in. (that's inspiring - thank you) 😃👍
2 more of my favourite ways to add interactive bits are to use brads, and "sliders" (for sliders, I just make a slit in the journal and then add a piece that has a bigger part at both ends - so it can't slide completely out).... (I feel like those could both have a whole video of their own, though... because they can both be used in so many different ways. ) 😉

    • @megjournals

Ooh, no, but that's a cool idea! You'd use the same pamphlet stitch binding and treat the 'fold' as your spine. I can make a video on it though if you're interested!!
