a breakfast i love is a cut up apple dipped into Greek yogurt (mix in a TBSP of pb). I serve it with a side of buttered wheat toast! Its fun to dip the apples in the PB dip, and i like to pick yogurts with 12-16g of protein like Oikos or 2g. so yum!
My favorite breakfast is toaster waffles with maple syrup, cottage cheese, cinnamon, and strawberries or bananas on top! I also have a sweet tooth in the morning and it hits! Sometimes I add a nut butter if I’m feeling it
My favorite breakfast has been microwave pancake (I saw it on tik tok)! I use birch benders mix and add in a mashed banana and blueberries and mix it all in a glass container then put it in the microwave with the lid loosely on for 2-3 mins until cooked thru. Then for toppings I put a little bit of plain Greek yogurt covering it with cut up strawberries and maple syrup. Hope this made sense it's so good!!😍
I’m the same way with breakfast foods!! Lately I’ve been loving Red’s turkey sausage breakfast burrito - you can get a big box at Costco and they’re sooo good in the air fryer
my go to breakfast is greek yogurt bowl with chia seeds, berries, banana, and lots of peanut butter! other faves are homemade acai bowl and chocolate peanut butter banana protein pancakes! :)
I love drinking greens! I will say, I think people claiming that just drinking greens completely stopped their bloating is a bold statement because greens have so many amazing benefits, yes but if you drink greens and don't make any changes in your routine (exercise, eating habits, water intake) then you will still have the bloating and all of those issues. I think it is important for people to understand that greens are an amazing supplement and a great habit to have especially if you are anything like me and don't eat a ton of veggies throughout the day but it is a supplement that will have greater results with proper diet and exercise! I am not a greens hater at all haha but I just try to be realistic with myself and I hate when I see people claiming that the greens alone completely stopped their bloating and they lost '15 pounds'. Sorry haha rant over! Love your vlogs Gretchen! XOXO
Also! A tip I found and works so well when making protein oats is wait to put the protein powder in your oats until after you heat them and when I add the protein powder I add milk with it and mix it up really well that way. I have heard that the protein powder can get chalky when you heat it up
My favourite breakfast is a açaí bowl!!! Super easy (a thick smoothie lol) and you can throw in your greens, protein powder, fruit whatever you want!! Then add fun topping and make it look pretty
Maybe try adding a bit of honey into your overnight oats if they’re tasting chalky! I find that same thing when I make protein smoothies. Honey helps so much and it’s a sweetener 💖💖
Loving the blue button up top with the rolled up sleeves but it’s definitely giving Chessy from The Parent Trap lol. You pull off every outfit though!! 💕
@@elizabeththompson1525that's why I was asking lol. With an e collar there is no need for a leash (although you should always have one on you just in case).
I find greens to be gimmicky. They always have proprietary blends so you don’t actually know how much of each ingredient you’re getting. But more than that, the benefits of these ingredients that were found through research were often either in vitro studies that can’t be directly applied to humans or they were in such large doses that can’t possibly be obtained through a scoop of greens powder. So I’m not saying there aren’t any benefits bc I know some people really love them and I think that’s valid but they are likely the minority. A lot of it is mental in my opinion. Psychologically it feels good to feel like you’re doing something good for your body. But also people often start taking greens as a part of a health journey where they are also eating better, drinking more water, and exercising more than they did before which makes it hard to say results are specifically from a greens powder. Anywayyys I digress lol
Individual baked oatmeal is soooo good. I do it in an individual ramekin in the toaster oven. It's my favorite!

Adding maple syrup to the ONO or raisins makes it sweeter. I do love egg bites in muffin tins - like a Starbucks copy cat 😊
I love doing a cinnamon brown rice cake or honey nut rice cake with peanut butter and strawberries - I never get tired of it!!
Loving the blue button up top with the rolled up sleeves but it’s definitely giving Chessy from The Parent Trap lol. You pull off every outfit though!! 💕

You said pancakes sound good, have you tried kodiak cakes? It's whole-grain pancake mix so it's not as bad for you haha and it's really good!
best breakfast is scrambled eggs with cheese and onion or spinach, and cinnamon bread toast on the side!
Homemade brown bread with chicken and whatever salad leaves I have with a bit of fruit or quark on the side. Also a yakult😁
