i think this is profoundly important that you have done this interview and have it posted so people can learn from this it's all very useful points and incredibly useful for stress management in every day life i wish I'd known you in life Dr Ravizza.. i hope to meet the interviewer one day too, i hope life is good for you and you are doing things you want to do
it is so crazy that your channel has under 600 subscribers.. but really the most elite units are small but noble and effective Best wishes to you all.. see you on the other side to enjoy the peace and niceness Dr Ravizza
As a kid nerves were crippling. Then it became adrenaline which helped me in the Army before fights. General Patton said he was always short of breath before battle.
I’ve got to be honest, breathing has never helped me pacify anxiety. I’ve tried it since I was a kid in sports, I’ve tried it in meditation, tried it in military, big speeches, etc. I could go jog a mile and still feel that anxiousness. To me, it’s just best I think about the task at hand and try to figure out how to win the moment. Envisioning helps

Dr Ravizza is awesome.
Dealing with abuse from fans and practicing and playing against older Players taught me how to learn from failure, be tougher physically and mentally.
Practice with a purpose and work on weaknesses.
This is A++. R.I.P. Ken
