    HI, thanks for the video. But why an acquisition fee if it's just about management? I get the sublease or other services you spoke about. But for just Co hosting existing offers?

    I missed the first part, however, I’ve been asked to co-host someone’s unit in the same complex where I am hosting my own Airbnb. Can you provide any insight on contracts for co-hosts? Also, how do you account for the cleaning fee? Is it combined with the percentage of total revenue? Thank you!

    So you have to actually go to the property at some point when setting up? I've heard some people do this all over the world but I assumed they don't actually travel everywhere to set up décor if that's a factor. Can you bypass this?

      you need to go there and you can manage it from dubai or US .. any part of the world

      The contract you’re making with them is to pay the rent while you get to sublease it via Airbnb.

      I would say if they want a piece of the upside they must be willing to share a piece of the downside when we have slower months. At that point they will only ask for rent

    In case you are making tons of money ,would you be asking the TH-cam watchers to subscribe because this really helps the channel? No.This is why most of the people suggest awesome new schemes to make money lose their audience- lack of truthful info.

      It is called a sales funnel. He is using content marketing to get prospects into his sales funnel that are interested in Airbnb. From there he sells them on his Airbnb courses and services.
