I cooked today. Very tasty. As Chandru Sir quotes His Mother,
Would like to add one step what my Mother suggested. I also follow this all the time when I cook.
Whether Liver / Chicken meat / Mutton meat. Add raw meat to a vessel and fry by sprinkling Little turmeric. Keep stirring which is important until water coming out of meat gets evaporated. U can stop when very little water is left (about 20%) so u don't burn the meat. Sounds technical ! 😊 There is little science to follow to make tasty recipe.
This removes meat like smell and makes it nearly half cooked. After this use the meat to cook ur desired recipe. In the final recipe u will not have any meat smell left.
