Hello Sir, In the last video , last sum(Alpha & Beta), unrealized profit was not subtracted from NCI. But in this sum(Pasha & Solar), it is subtracted. Could you please explain why the treatment is different.

it was subtracted .. just the presentation of this sum was different .. as in the last video sir has not bifurcation the unrealised gain between holding and subsidiary .. but in this sum it is bifurcated
SOFP (Balance Sheet) of the subsidiary in the given question is not tallying.

Pre acquisition of 9000 includes in retained earnings so when you consolidated that figure is not shown anywhere then how this BS get tally
At reporting date, pre-acquisition profit is subtracted from total retained earnings at reporting date, thats why.😊👍
ifrs 10 does not mention 50% or any %. only concept is control

How he took the following assumptions
1- Consideration of 80% is 63.5 (42.5+21)
2- in B/sRunner investment in Joggers is 55M
3-Cash in Transir & Deffred is 21M
4-How 3m in Bank and AR adjusted from where figure came
5- 4.8 and @15% in not mentioned on ur question
6- FV Adj 10 O/p & 9 Closing no info in the question
