You probably don't even keep up with pool enough to know what I'm talking about. This ref is always on some other shit at each tournament. Its 100% his job to keep track especially after only 2 strokes!!! She lost that rack because she missed an easy 6 from cooling down in her chair because of the antics of Albin and that lame ass ref. She never should have had to wait to run that rack and win 5-1 but instead she was robbed the rack !

I've commented about this ref before... He is terrible. Same ref that called a soft break on alex!!! But then let others slide. He is grimy
Referee did fine. It's not his job to call time fouls but the person controlling the clock and they did. It all got worked out so things are ok.
