i have a 7.5 mk7 Alltrack but i dont have anything in the glovebox its just the 6" display. is the 8 or 9.2 inch plug n play or do i have to add the other unit and run harnesses?

Im guessing you need the sat nav antenna do go with this? I already have MIB 2 but where 'nav' normally is, its 'App'
You have the wrong discovery. There are 2 types, one with app one with nav

That 9.2 inch screen, do you think is has the same dimentions as the 8 inch one when it comes to fit it into the dash? I mean, can I swap it out without needing to change the dash trim frame?
You will need a new trim as the old one wont will be too small

Yeah you need MIB2.5 main unit

Not very well explained, you'll need a MIB2.5 Discover Pro to use the 9.2" you can't just slap in the 9.2" screen with a MIB2 head unit, it won't work. Poorly explained and I suggest people don't buy anything from these scammers, you'll get the blame. :)
