I think you will be great work campers! My wife and I have done this for the last 5 years part time. We were never asked to do anything that was uncomfortable for us and enjoyed the work much of the time. However, having to go to work at a set time can get old for a retiree. I enjoy setting my own schedule and doing what I want when I want. Sometimes it is nice to have something to do and sometimes you don't feel like it. Still it is a great way for retirees or full timer campers to save money. Please take time to tell us how it went at the end of your month.
I get it about the getting up thing. Getting up is tough when you're used to sleeping till whenever. We really enjoyed this. We will definitely do it again if the chance comes up. Hopefully, next time, we will be a little more busy. How many months a year do you work camp? Great comment.

Looks to me like a pretty fair trade. A days work for a free campsite. Not a bad deal at all. And LBL is such a beautiful area. We're headed there tonight to go to T Lawsons and to check out the lights at Patti's.

We would consider work camping. But like you, we really wouldn’t want to for more than one month at a time. It would also depend on the job too. I don’t mind working in the store but I am not going to clean the bathroom 😜
